Large Fight at Gas Station Yields Two Arrests

Two men were arrested early Sunday morning after a fight involving at least five men broke out in the parking lot of a gas station on the 200 block of Golden State Boulevard.

Turlock police were flagged down by witnesses of a large fight at the 200 block of Golden State Boulevard at approximately 2:31 a.m.

When officers arrived, they allegedly found a victim lying on the floor. One victim was allegedly knocked unconscious, Turlock police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis said.

Lewis added the victim suffered serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

According to Lewis, a verbal disturbance broke out at a local bar before the fight occurred at the gas station.

Reynaldo Caldera, 27, was arrested for battery.

Robert Mize, 20, another male who was at the scene was arrested for being drunk in public.
