At about 3:11am Thursday morning, Turlock Police responded to a trespass in progress at Bath & Body Works in the 3000 block of Countryside Drive.

The caller was a security guard for Monte Vista Crossings, reporting that Michael Gonzales, 39, our local TV star whose previously been featured on A&E’s show Booked: First Day In, was passed out on a bench with a bottle of alcohol next to him. The security guard was afraid to wake him up and wanted him off the property.

It’s worth noting that officers had been out with Gonzales a few hours prior and had already advised him to leave the area.

Officer Conrad arrived on scene and found Gonzales still passed out with the bottle next to him, which he believed was likely stolen from Safeway.

Conrad woke Gonzales up and immediately placed him under arrest, and it was yet again reiterated to him that he wasn’t welcome on the property and would be arrested every single time he returned.

Gonzales was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of trespassing, disorderly conduct, and possession of an open alcohol receptacle in a public place.
