On Thursday, February 9th, 2023, at 10:37 am, Turlock Police detectives arrived at a residence in the 1100 block of W Tuolumne Rd, Turlock, to conduct follow-up investigation in one of their cases.

Inside the home, detectives encountered Ramon Rodriguez, 31, of Turlock, who they arrested.

Rodriguez was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of lewdly committing a lascivious act with a child and unlawful sexual intercourse.

It should be noted that this is not the same Ramon Rodriguez that regularly attends and speaks at city council meetings. It’s just a coincidence that their names and ages are the same.
