On Wednesday, June 7th, 2023, at 12:16 pm, a Turlock Police officer near Tractor Supply Company, 201 N Walnut Rd, Turlock, noticed and got out with a suspect from a call he had handled earlier in the day.
The officer identified the man as Steve Davis, 42, of Palmdale.
Earlier, there was a call alleging that Davis had threatened to shoot the manager of the Starbucks in the same shopping center.
The victim was brought to Davis and was able to positively identify him as who had made the threat.
Davis was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on the charge of threatening to commit a crime which will result in death or great bodily injury to another person.
