At about 2:12pm Monday afternoon, Turlock Police responded to an indecent exposure in front of Bella Forte Boutique in the 200 block of W. Main Street.
The caller was an employee stating that a man was on the ground outside one of their glass doors. Although the man was partially hiding under a jacket, the caller believed he was masturbating because he was making the movement with one of his hands.
Officers arrived on scene and contacted the man, identifying him as Danny Sedillo, 63, of Turlock.
Sedillo was confirmed to be masturbating and also displayed objective symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
The caller placed Sedillo under citizen’s arrest.
Sedillo was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance and indecent exposure.
