At about 2:24am Saturday, Turlock Police responded to an indecent exposure at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in the 700 block of N. Golden State Boulevard.

The caller was security watching on a live surveillance feed, who advised there was a man completely nude and masturbating while holding his phone up to himself like he’s recording it or FaceTiming someone.

Officers arrived at the shopping center and located the man sitting outside Dutch Bros. He was contacted and identified as Emajae Norman, 20, of Turlock.

“Through the investigation, it was determined Norman exposed himself in public view,” said Turlock Police spokeswoman Dominique Sanchez.

Norman was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on the charge of indecent exposure.
