On Monday, March 14th, 2022, at 12:45 am, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a commercial alarm at Kwik Serv, 750 Geer Rd, Turlock, after a glass break detector for a front window had gone off.

Eventually, after a brief investigation, Poma was arrested for the vandalism. A search of Poma incident to arrest led to the discovery of ammunition. Poma was a convicted felon and prohibited from possessing ammunition.

Poma was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of vandalism over $400 and possession of ammunition by a prohibited person.
