On Wednesday, August 3rd, 2022, at 1:42 am, a Turlock Police officer near Walmart, 2111 Fulkerth Rd, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.

The officer made contact with the vehicle’s driver, Sean Olson, 43, of San Jose, who admitted to having drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.

Due to Olson’s admission of drug paraphernalia being in the vehicle, a probable cause search was conducted which led to the discovery of the paraphernalia as well as a laptop. The officer had his dispatcher run the laptop’s serial number and it returned stolen out of Stanislaus County.

Olson was arrested and released on a citation on charges of possession of stolen property.
