On Tuesday, April 13th, 2021, at approximately 4:10 pm, the Turlock Police Department received a call of a disturbance in progress at the Parkwood Apartments located at 3800 Crowell Rd.

When officers arrived on scene, they located a subject outside of the apartment, later identified as Seth Mitchell, 28, of Hilmar. Mitchell was detained without incident. Officers began investigating and learned that one of the residents of the apartment had left the apartment and forgot to lock the door. Mitchell then came to the apartment and entered it. A second resident who was inside confronted Mitchell and made him leave. While leaving, Mitchell made a threat to the second resident. The second resident locked the door on Mitchell and called the police.

Mitchell was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of trespassing in a dwelling and criminal threats.
