At about 12:01am Monday, Turlock Police Officer Nunez made a bicycle stop at Planet Fitness in the 1300 block of W. Main Street.

Nunez made contact with and identified the bicyclist as Richard Locke, 57, of Turlock.

When Nunez had his dispatcher run Locke, he discovered he had a $3,555 local infraction bench warrant for storage of personal property in public places.

Locke was arrested and a search of his person incident to arrest led to the discovery of methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia.

Locke was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamines, and his warrant.
