On Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023, at 10:57 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of Lander Ave and Rosewood Dr, Turlock, observed a bicyclist violating the California Vehicle Code, so he made a bicycle stop on him.
The officer made contact with and identified the bicyclist as William Haney, 31, of Turlock.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Haney, he discovered that he was on searchable probation for burglary and grand theft.
A probation search of Haney’s person was conducted which led to the discovery of methamphetamines.
Haney was arrested and released on a citation on charges of possession of methamphetamines.
