On Tuesday, September 27th, 2022, at 4:23 am, a Turlock Police officer near the 100 block of Radio St, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.
The officer made contact with the vehicle’s driver and identified him as Augustine Gallardo, 30, of Turlock.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Gallardo, he returned to be on searchable probation for contempt of court and domestic battery.
A subsequent probation search of Gallardo’s vehicle led to the discovery of methamphetamines.
Gallardo was arrested and released on a citation on charges of possession of methamphetamines.
