At about 1:10am Thursday morning, Officer Mulhim observed two subjects sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot of AutoZone in the 1200 block of Geer Road, so he got out with them.
Mulhim made contact with and identified the two subjects, including Ruben Guerrero, 34, of Turlock.
When Mulhim had his dispatcher run Guerrero, he discovered that he had two warrants. The first was a $50,500 felony one out of Stanislaus County for auto theft and conspiracy, while the second was a $25,500 local misdemeanor one for trespassing.
Guerrero was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrants.
