On Thursday, October 6th, 2022, at 7:12 am, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported trespass in progress at T.J. Maxx, 2891 Countryside Dr, Turlock.

Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the suspect, later identified as Francisco Delatorre, 34, of Turlock.

Delatorre originally refused to identify himself, however, his identity was discovered shortly later.

When officers had their dispatcher run Delatorre, he returned with a no bail felony bench warrant out of San Joaquin County for contempt of court.

Delatorre was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.

While Delatorre was being searched at the jail, drugs and drug paraphernalia were found on his person. They were originally missed because Delatorre was wearing several layers of jackets.

Delatorre was rearrested and rebooked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of possession of a controlled substance or drug paraphernalia in a prison or jail and possession of drug paraphernalia.
