On Thursday, February 2nd, 2023, at 2:13 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported suspicious incident behind Cal-Neva, 311 S First St, Turlock, where four men were believed by the caller to be selling narcotics.

When officers arrived on scene, they found and made contact with the four men, including William Andrews, 47, of Oroville.

When officers had their dispatcher run the four, they discovered that Andrews had a $75500 felony bench warrant for preventing or dissuading a witness or victim from giving testimony at a trial.

Officers then began investigating the original narcotics sales claim, however, did not find it to be true.

Andrews was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
