On Thursday, July 6th, 2023, at 9:42 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of Fifth St and Rockwood Ave, Turlock, observed a man driving a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on him.
The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s two occupants, including driver William Haney, 54, of Turlock.
When the officer had his dispatcher run the two, he discovered that Haney had a $11,100 misdemeanor bench warrant for forgery.
Haney was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
