At about 9:49pm Saturday, Turlock Police Officer Mulhim made a traffic stop near N. Golden State Boulevard and Fulkerth Road.

Mulhim made contact with and identified the vehicle’s driver as Carlos Medina, 43, of Mexico.

When Mulhim had his dispatcher run Medina, he discovered he had a $15,000 misdemeanor bench warrant out of Napa County for possession of methamphetamines, fleeing from a peace officer by vehicle, and driving a commercial vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .04% or greater.

Medina was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
