On Saturday, June 24th, 2023, at 5:01 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported suspicious person at Walmart, 2111 Fulkerth Rd, Turlock, who was staggering around in the store and running into things.

When officers arrived on scene, they found and made contact with a man who identified himself as Salvador Mendoza, 25, of Merced.

When officers had their dispatcher run Mendoza, they discovered that he had a no-bail felony bench warrant out of Merced County for violation of probation.

Sandoval was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
