On Friday, November 18th, 2022, at 1:46 am, a Stanislaus State Police officer near the intersection of Danny Ave and Julie Ave, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.
The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s driver as Devin Tillery, 29, of Turlock.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Tillery, he returned with three misdemeanor bench warrants out of Turlock for theft.
Tillery was arrested and released on a citation on his warrants.
