On Saturday, July 8th, 2023, at 10:54 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the Venice Motel, 1114 N Golden State Blvd, Turlock, observed and recognized a known criminal in the parking lot, so he got out with him.
The officer had his dispatcher run the man, Jason Mosley, 42, of Hilmar, and discovered that he had two $100,500 felony bench warrants. The first one was out of Stanislaus County for possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, while the second was local for driving or taking a vehicle without the consent of its owner.
Mosley was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrants.
