On Tuesday, September 6th, 2022, at 8:40 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported trespass in progress at a residence in the 0 block of E Syracuse Ave, Turlock.

When officers arrived on scene and began searching the property, they found and made contact with Andrew Rom, 32, of Turlock, hiding in a shed in the backyard.

When officers had their dispatcher run Rom, he returned with two local misdemeanor warrants, the first being for disturbing the peace, possession of a controlled substance, possession of more than 28.5 grams of cannabis or eight grams of concentrated cannabis, and the second being for possession of methamphetamines and possession of burglary tools.

Rom was arrested and released on a citation on his warrants.
