On Tuesday, November 15th, 2022, at 10:41 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of N Golden State Blvd and Pedras Rd, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.
The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s driver as Ricky Agundez, 41, of Turlock.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Agundez, he returned with two misdemeanor bench warrants out of Newark. The first one was for possession of burglary tools, while the second one was for theft and possession of stolen property.
Agundez was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrants.
