On Saturday, June 3rd, 2023, at 3:38 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported suspicious person at Target, 3000 Countryside Dr, Turlock, who was known to shoplift.

The business reported that the subject was Kyle Jensen, 31, of Turlock, who they had identified from previous incidents. Officers discovered that Jensen was on searchable probation for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or person addicted to a narcotic.

When officers arrived on scene, they located Jensen inside the business, detained him, and conducted a probation search of his person. During that search, officers discovered a fixed-blade knife that had been concealed, burglary tools, and drug paraphernalia.

Jensen was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, possession of burglary tools, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
