On Monday, February 6th, 2023 at 9:33 am, a Turlock Police officer near the 300 block of Wayside Dr, Turlock, observed a driver violating the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on him.
The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s driver as Jorge Calderon, 36, of Mexico.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Calderon, he discovered that he had a $50,000 felony bench warrant out of Alameda County for possession of a controlled substance while armed.
Calderon was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
