At about 1:49am Thursday, Turlock Police Officer Mulhim got out with two suspicious persons at Denair Park in the 800 block of E. Main Street.

The two men were in the park after 10:00pm, in violation of the Turlock Municipal Code.

Mulhim made contact with and identified the two, including Jose Sanchez, 41, of Turlock.

When Mulhim had his dispatcher run the two, he discovered Sanchez had a $1,000 misdemeanor bench warrant for carrying a concealed dirk or dagger.

Sanchez was arrested and released on a citation for his warrant.
