On Thursday, July 13th, 2023, at 7:42 pm, a Turlock Police officer near a residence in the 2700 block of Jeannie Ct, Turlock, observed a man driving a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on him.

The officer made contact with the man and identified him as Esequiel Espinosa, 56, of Modesto.

The officer then called the on-call deputy probation officer and informed them of his findings. They found that there was probable cause a violation of PRCS had occurred, so they authorized that Espinosa be placed on a 10-day flash.

Espinosa was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of more than 28.5 grams of cannabis or less than eight grams of concentrated cannabis, possession of burglary tools, and violation of post release community supervision.
