The officer then called the on-call deputy probation officer and informed them of his findings. They found that there was probable cause a violation of PRCS had occurred, so they authorized that Perez be placed on a 10-day flash.

Perez was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of possession of methamphetamines for sale, transporting or selling methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid driver’s license, and violation of post release community supervision.

Additionally, Perez’s vehicle was impounded.
