Man reported to have exposed himself arrested on four warrants Wednesday evening

On Wednesday, September 21st, 2022, at 7:58 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported indecent exposure at Target, 3000 Countryside Dr, Turlock, after a man had been reported to have been exposing himself.

When officers arrived on scene, they contacted the suspect in the parking lot near the business. He identified himself as Georges Frutos, 30, of Bakersfield.

When officers had their dispatcher run Frutos, he returned with four warrants. The first was a no bail felony one out of Kern County for violation of post release community supervision, the second was a $5,000 misdemeanor one out of Kern County for obstructing or resisting a peace officer or other public officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, and trespassing on railroad property, the third was a $10,000 misdemeanor one out of Kern County for unlawfully fighting or challenging another person to fight in a public place and obstructing or resisting a peace officer or other public officer, and the fourth was a misdemeanor one out of Kings County for defrauding another person by false representation or pretense.

Frutos was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrants.
