On Friday, August 19th, 2022, at 12:04 am, the Turlock Police Department, Turlock Fire Department, and American Medical Response were dispatched to a reported assault and battery that had just occurred at In-N-Out Burger, 3071 Countryside Dr, Turlock.
When crews arrived on scene, they found a man down in front of Safeway, 3051 Countryside Dr, who claimed that he had been attacked by a large group. An employee at In-N-Out Burger who witnessed the event said the same.
The victim was ground transported by American Medical Response to a local hospital with minor injuries.
Officers checked the area for the group, however, were unable to locate it.
