At about 1:24am Tuesday, Turlock Police Sergeant Hernandez got out with three suspicious persons at E. Main Street and S. Thor Street.

Hernandez made contact with and identified the three men, including Dylan Agnitsch, 28, of Turlock.

When Hernandez had his dispatcher run Agnitsch, he discovered he had three local misdemeanor bench warrants. The first was $21,000 for driving with a suspended license due to a DUI conviction, the second was $10,000 for possession of methamphetamines, and the third was $5,000 for possession of methamphetamines.

Agnitsch was arrested and admitted to Hernandez that he had additional methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia on his person. A search incident to arrest led to the discovery of them.

Agnitsch was released on a citation on charges of possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia, and his warrants.
