On Monday, November 28th, 2022, at 3:46 pm, Turlock Police investigators near the 1400 block of E Linwood Ave, Turlock, observed a vehicle being driven by a man who they knew had a warrant, so they made a traffic stop on it.
Investigators made contact with Shaun Barlow, 53, of Hughson, and had their dispatcher run him to confirm his warrant. He returned with a $65,000 felony bench warrant for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or person addicted to a narcotic and driving with a suspended driver’s license.

Barlow was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of possession of a tear gas weapon by a convicted felon or person convicted of an assault crime, transporting or selling methamphetamines, bringing or sending a controlled substance into a jail or prison, possession of methamphetamines for sale, and possession of a leaded cane or other similar weapon, as well as his warrant.
