On Wednesday, November 9th, 2022, at 3:42 am, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported suspicious person at Denny’s, 1991 Lander Ave, Turlock, after a man had been seen looking underneath vehicles in the parking lot.
Officers arrived on scene, made contact with, and identified Sean McMillan, 31, of Turlock.
When officers had their dispatcher run McMillan, he returned with a no bail felony bench warrant out of Merced for violation of post release community supervision.
McMillan was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
