On Wednesday, January 4th, 2023, at 7:35 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of N First St and Park St, Turlock, observed a driver violating the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on him.
The officer made contact with and identified the driver as Edward Regua, 41, of Santa Clara.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Regua, he returned with a misdemeanor bench warrant out of Santa Clara for obstructing or resisting a peace officer or other public officer in the discharge of their duty.
Regua was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
