On Thursday, April 27th, 2023, at 1:48 am, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of N Soderquist Rd and Lambert Way, Turlock, observed a woman driving a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on her.

The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s two occupants, including passenger Donald Cool, 49, of Modesto.

When the officer had his dispatcher run the two, he discovered that Cool had two misdemeanor warrants. The first was a $4,050 local warrant of arrest for shoplifting, while the second was a $5,000 bench warrant out of Newman for possession of methamphetamines and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cool was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrants.
