On Saturday, April 29th, 2023, at 10:40 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of W Hawkeye Ave and Geer Rd, Turlock, observed a woman driving a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on her.
The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s two occupants, including the passenger who we currently only know as James.
When the officer had his dispatcher run the two, he discovered that James had a $2,000 misdemeanor bench warrant out of Ceres for shoplifting.
James was arrested and released on a citation for his warrant.
