On Monday, May 22nd, 2023, at 8:28 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a warrant arrest at Lowe’s, 3303 Entertainment Way, Turlock, after an off-duty deputy probation officer had called to report that he had just seen one of his wanted probationers in the parking lot.

When officers arrived on scene, they found and contacted two men in the vehicle that the wanted probationer was supposed to be in, however, was not.

The two men were asked to identify themselves and one did, however, the other lied about who he was. The one who lied was eventually able to be identified as Joseph Saldana, 40, of Turlock.
