On Thursday, May 18th, 2023, at 12:40 am, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of Lander Ave and Angelus St, Turlock, noticed and recognized a man who he believed had a warrant, so he got out with him.

The officer had his dispatcher run the man, Cecil McMillan, 31, of Winton, to confirm the warrant. Sure enough, McMillan returned with a $1,000 misdemeanor bench warrant for trespassing.

McMillan was arrested and searched incident to arrest. During the search, the officer located methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia in McMillan’s possession.
