On Sunday, December 18th, 2022, at 8:37 am, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported weapon offense that had just occurred at a residence in the 600 block of Chestnut St, Turlock.

Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the victim, who told them that he had been working outside when he noticed a silver Mercedes-Benz sedan slowly drive by his residence. The victim hid from the vehicle and then heard a single gunshot before the vehicle drove off.

The victim told officers that he knew who the shooter was, however, did not want to rat them out.

Officers didn’t find any evidence of the shooting and no injuries were reported, however, witnesses in the area confirmed that they also heard a gunshot.
