Motorcyclist arrested after being found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia Monday night

On Monday, October 10th, 2022, at 11:56 pm, a Turlock Police officer near United Cerebral Palsy of Stanislaus County, 959 E Monte Vista Ave, Turlock, observed a motorcycle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.

The officer made contact with the motorcyclist and identified him as Matthew Germino, 27, of Los Banos.

When the officer had his dispatcher run Germino, he discovered that he did not have a class M1 driver’s license.

Germino was arrested and a subsequent search of his person incident to arrest led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia.

Germino was released on a citation on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid driver’s license, and driving a vehicle with lighting equipment not maintained in good working order.
