The Turlock Police Narcotics Enforcement Team served a search warrant on Tuesday in the 1000 block of West Canal Drive in Turlock, resulting in the seizure of methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, concentrated cannabis, marijuana and other items related to the sale of narcotics.
The Turlock Police Department arrested three individuals as a result of the search warrant. Julio Cezar Bennen, 42-years old, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of cocaine and heroin for sale, and a parole violation.
Ruben Bennen Prusso, 50-years old, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of heroin for sale and possession of concentrated cannabis.
Christina Lois Monds, 39-years old, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and child endangerment. Child Protective Services took a child living at the residence into protective custody.
