At about 10:32pm Sunday, Turlock Police, Turlock Fire, and American Medical Response responded to an overdose at F&M Bank in the 2300 block of Geer Road.

Officers Mulhim and Jimenez were nearby and arrived on scene within seconds, finding bystanders performing CPR on the victim, who was breathing but had a faint pulse.

Two doses of Narcan were administered by officers before being relieved by firefighters and paramedics.

The victim eventually regained consciousness and was transported by American Medical Response to a local hospital.
