A pair of diners were arrested on Wednesday morning after allegedly leaving a Turlock restaurant without paying.

Jerry Bays, 30 was arrested and cited for not paying for his food.

Adrian Lopez, 22, was arrested and booked for felony petty theft with prior convictions.

After having a meal at a restaurant in the 2800 block of Geer Road, Bays and Lopez left the restaurant without paying.

On the way out, Lopez allegedly took a tip that had been left at another table.

Police responded around 10:32 a.m. and both suspects were arrested.
