On Tuesday, January 17th, 2023, at 10:28 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported disturbance in progress at Walmart, 2111 Fulkerth Rd, Turlock, where a woman was grabbing ahold of people and refusing to let go of them.

When officers arrived on scene, they found and made contact with a woman who identified herself as Gisele Hernadez, 24, of Modesto.

When officers had their dispatcher run Hernadez, they discovered that she was on parole for burglary.

Officers called Hernadez’s parole agent and reported to him what had occurred. The agent found that there was probable cause a violation of parole had occurred, so he authorized that Hernadez be placed on a hold while awaiting a parole revocation hearing.

Hernadez was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of battery, trespassing, and violation of parole.
