On Saturday, October 1st, 2022, at 3:39 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported trespass in progress at Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich Shop, 1521 Geer Rd, Turlock, after a man had refused to leave the business.

Officers arrived on scene, made contact with, and identified Spencer Birdsall Silva, 22, of Turlock.

When officers had their dispatcher run Silva, he returned to be on searchable probation for theft and on parole for assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm.

A subsequent search of Silva led to the discovery of methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia.

Officers called Silva’s parole agent to notify them of their findings and they authorized that Silva be placed on a hold, pending a parole revocation hearing.

Silva was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of parole.
