On Friday, December 9th, 2022, at 9:46 pm, a Stanislaus State Police officer near McDonald’s, 2400 Geer Rd, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.
The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s two occupants, including passenger John Roberts, 42, of Turlock.
When the officer had his dispatcher run the two, Roberts returned with a no-bail felony bench warrant for violation of parole.
Roberts was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
