Paul Sanborn, 56, of Turlock passed away in Modesto at Doctor’s Medical Center on Wednesday, February 17. He was born in Turlock to Don and Helen Sanborn in 1953. Paul grew up in Turlock and graduated from Turlock High School in 1972. He worked as an electrician for 35 years. He enjoyed building model rockets, playing tennis, and pitching in local softball leagues.

He is survived by his mother Helen Sanborn of Turlock; siblings Jerry Sanborn and Bill (Sandra) Sanborn both of Turlock and Grace (Bob) Hersh of Pleasanton, CA; nephews Justin and Phillip and niece Brittany. Paul is preceded in death by his father Don Sanborn.

A visitation will be at Allen Mortuary on Thursday, February 25 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. A graveside service will be at Turlock Memorial Park on Friday, February 26 at 11:00 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to United Samaritans Foundation, 220 S. Broadway, Turlock CA, 95380.
