Turlock police have revealed the identity of the male homicide victim from the reported shooting on Jun. 15.
As the investigation into the homicide continues, police have revealed Joga Shergill, 54 of Turlock, as the victim in the incident.
On Jun. 15, Turlock police had responded to a report of a shooting near Lander Avenue and West Glenwood Avenue at approximately 4:45 a.m. and found a deceased male, Shergill, with an apparent gunshot wound.
Shergill’s family has been notified.
Detectives continue to actively work on the investigation and follow up on leads.
