Police Looking for Suspect Who Robbed Turlock Gas Station at Gunpoint

The Turlock Police Department is currently looking for help identifying and locating the male suspect who robbed a Turlock Quik Stop at gunpoint early on Monday morning.

Police received a report of a robbery that had just occurred around 3:30 a.m. on Monday at the Quik Stop located at 2406 W. Monte Vista Ave.

According to Turlock police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis, an unknown male subject entered the store armed with a handgun.

The suspect pointed the gun at the clerk and a customer and demanded money, said Lewis.

The clerk did as the suspect requested and the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of money, said Lewis.

Lewis said that officers responded to the location and searched the area, but were unable to located the suspect.

The suspect is a male who was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, a camo half-face mask, and dark sunglasses.

He was last seen on foot south of the business, said Lewis.

The victims were not injured during the robbery.
