Police Serve Warrant, Arrest Different Wanted Subject

Turlock police arrested a woman with two felony warrants to her name Saturday morning, after the man police were searching for fled a Turlock residence.

Police arrived at a residence on the 900 block of High Street around 11:00 a.m. Saturday to serve a warrant for a suspect whose name is not being released at this time.

Once Turlock police arrived, the suspect fled out the back of the residence, said Turlock police spokesperson Lt. Ron Reid.

Police pursued the suspect, but he was lost in the area.

Police then contacted a subject in the residence, who was found to two felony warrants in her name.

Raquel Rosa, 32, was arrested for a felony warrant on a methamphetamine charge and a felony warrant on an elderly abuse charge. She now faces a $100,000 bail for each charge.

Turlock police are conducting an ongoing investigation into the suspect who fled from the residence.
