On Saturday, October 22nd, 2022, at 8:26 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported weapon offense that had just occurred at a residence in the 100 block of Almond Ave, Turlock.
Officers arrived on scene to find a residence and a trailer that had been struck by gunfire in a drive-by shooting. Officers collected evidence and processed the scene.
Initial reports indicated that at least six rounds were fired by an unknown shooter in a light colored medium sized sedan that fled the area eastbound after the shooting, however, that has yet to be confirmed.
No injuries were reported.
Surveillance camera footage is being reviewed in an attempt to identify and locate the shooter.
